Rate includes all water and electricity. Apartment will be fully cleaned between client bookings and the apartment will be provided with clean linen and towels and a welcome pack. During the Low and Mid Season periods the apartment is available for longer lets at a negotiated rate. These lets will not include weekly cleans and fresh linen and clients for longer lets only will be expected to pay a returnable deposit of £250 to cover damage and breakages. Special discounts for 2 weeks and over and for repeat bookings.
Deposit of £100 required (non refundable) to secure a booking. Remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made on a 'First come First served basis'.
DISCOUNTED RATES NOW AVAILABLE for your SPRING break in the sunshine! Prices start at only £255 per week (for up to 6 people) and this includes electricity, air con,end of stay clean and linen exchange and even a welcome pack!
