3 bed apartment in Sitio De Calahonda,Costa Del Sol. The development is in the hills, but only 3 minutes drive from Calahonda centre.
Easy access from the new AP7 motorway this will take you to Malaga Airport or Marbella and Gibraltar. A great area for access throughout the area. Calahonda has many Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a golf course and a great beach. There are a huge number of other golf courses within easy reach - its not called the Costa del Golf ! for nothing.
The Aparment furnished in tasteful style with leather furniture, marble floors and big windows. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, large en-suite with bath,shower, bidet and 2 basins and an outside window. There is a large run of built in wardrobes and shelving.
The 2nd and 3rd bedroom both have sunny aspects with views over one of the 4 shared pools. Both have large built in wardrobes. The pool is to the side of the apartment and your children can be kept an eye on whilst you enjoy a cool drink on the balcony.

The second bathroom has a bath, shower and bidet. and an outside window.
There is a large lounge/diner and the balcony seating facilitates 8 guests. There is a barbeque on the balcony for those all important al fresco meals.
The kitchen has plenty of worktop space and cupboards with an electric hob and cooker and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, ironing board and clothes dryer.
The development is gated. Please note it is rather hilly and any infirm members of your party will benefit from you having a car. The apartment can be accessed by lift directly from the underground parking area and your own allocated parking space. With the parking being covered your car stays cool.

Sitio de Calahonda is situated between Fuengirola and Marbella. It is just 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.
