The property sleeps up to 6 persons. The 2 bedrooms comprise of 1 double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge. The block is very well maintained with a lovely communal pool and baby pool set in beautiful gardens. It is very convenient for shops, bars, restaurants, sport, Supersol/ Lidl supermarkets, ATM/bank, and all amenities and is only a 5 minute walk from Calahonda beach. Cot hire can be arranged by our letting agent at an extra cost.

Rate includes all water and electricity. Apartment will be fully cleaned between client bookings and the apartment will be provided with clean linen and towels. During the Low and Mid Season periods the apartment is available for longer lets at a negotiated rate. These lets will not include weekly cleans and fresh linen and clients for longer lets will be expected to pay a returnable deposit of £250 (£100 for short term) to cover damage and breakages. Special discounts for repeat bookings. Deposit of 30% required (non refundable) to secure a booking. Remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made on a 'First come First served basis'. Please add an extra £50 per week per person for the fifth and sixth persons using the sofa bed to cover the extra cost of the linen, towels, utilities and cleaning. We are unable to confirm your booking until we have received your 30% deposit (payable in GBP). £100 refundable deposit to be paid to cover breakages for short term lets. Payment is due in full immediately if booking within 6 weeks of departure. Booking deposit - 30% Balance to be paid - 6 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable security deposit - £100GBP
