Membership of Calahonda Villas and Apartments is limited as we will only display a maximum of 200 holiday homes in the area.
When the site is full we will not accept any new properties but you can enter your details on our waiting list and we will contact you when a place becomes available.
We charge £75 plus VAT (if you are in the UK) or €110 to list your property on the site for a year - there are no further charges, commissions etc. All enquiries are passed direct to the owner to arrange the rental.
For your convenience we will continue to bill your credit card every year until you no longer require the service - you can cancel the future billing at any stage before the year is out
Payment can to be made using either MasterCard, Visa, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Solo, Switch, JCB.
Payments are made via the WorldPay system. The reason that we decided to use WorldPay is because of the high levels of security and assurance that it offers to our customers.
At the point you are required to enter your credit card details, you are transferred to a secure WorldPay server that uses advanced encryption techniques when you submit your credit card details, we do not receive details of your credit card.
Should you not be entirely happy with our service you can cancel within 7 days of your order and receive a full refund.
Calahonda Villas and Apartments is run by Portside Promotions - please note that joining this site will not enable your property details to be displayed on other sites run by Portside Promotions just this site Calahonda Villas and Apartments. From time to time Members of Calahonda Villas and Apartments may be offered discounts to have their properties displayed on other sites run by Portside Promotions and affiliated sites.
